Caitlyn Murphy is an artist living and working in Toronto. She graduated from the illustration program at OCADU in 2015 and has won a bunch of prizes and awards since then. Tonight her first solo show opens in Toronto! The show, entitled Window Studies, is a collection of soft paintings of everyday scenes, a sort of personal visual record of commonplace urban landscapes. Caitlin’s show is on now at Northern Contemporary gallery until March 29th. Photographer Aaron Wynia visited her at her studio and took some nice pictures of her space and her process.
