We were excited to flip through BOYS, the first self-published book from LA photographer Dana Boulos. BOYS offers an intimate look into the lives of six young boys: Adalstein Arnason, Lucas Zeeburg, Austin Feinstein, Michael Burks, Jeff Friboug, and Liam Aiken. Photographing the boys in their natural habitats (their bedrooms), Dana’s perspective is almost voyeuristic. It’s refreshing to see the male subject under this intimate gaze that is more commonly focused on young girls. BOYS is being distributed here.
