Today we are premiering a new song from Berlin-based crooner Better Person. Singing for the first time in his native Polish, Better Person AKA Adam Byczkowski, reaches new levels of emotive depth with “Zakochany Człowiek”(“A Man in Love”), his first release since his acclaimed EP It’s Only You. Wet with the fluids of love lost, soggy with sentimental longing, this single is a romantic, Franco-Italian 80’s pop hit in the style of Polish pop-stars Beata Kozidrak and Andrzej Zaucha. Using his native tongue, Better Person effortlessly conveys the emotional complexity of first love, of nostalgia for the past, of the fading memory of a former lover. Roy Molloy delivers on the sax, a careless whisper which seals the deal.
