Born in Japan, bred in Paris, Noémie Sébayashi is the 23-year-old designer behind the street wear line NattoFranco. Sebayashi’s work fuses together her Japanese roots– the heritage she calls her muse–with her daily Parisian lifestyle. The result of the two identities coming together is a purposeful bond, forming a strong Japanese visual aesthetic with a feel of French minimalism in her designs. For her 3rd collection Sebayashi found inspiration in old images of her dad wearing his sportswear school uniform, which she saw as a reflection of her own style. Sébayashi’s FW15 look book is a modern representation of this piece of her past. We’re excited to premiere the collection below! – Sarah Iannone
